Worst gym around, Customer service??? Where? Not sure what planet they are on, But it sure doesn't fit us. Problems with membership, and not transferring, Denying me access while stealing my money. Tried to transfer to this gym from other planet fitness, No dice, only headaches, Finally canceled membership after 6 months, of notifying them, And no action to rectify situation. I have since found a better gym, With higher prices, But true amenities, and services.. Avoid these guys as their Conveniences are heavy on the CONS.

I will say, if you are going to uphold the rules, then do it with everyone. We got corrected for wearing jeans but when an old black guy does it, no one corrects him. He has done it on multiple occasions too and never been corrected. I have canceled my membership and will not be going to any planet fitness.

I called about the amazing deal online and was met with a kid who didnt listen to me, named Djion. He was upset i asked for another member, hoping to be listen to and was met with 5 mins on hold and then being hung up on. I called back and requested a manager. When i was told a story about the boss being sick and that he was not listening because of an associate that turnes in to a member the second telling of the excuse filled story.
