Great gym, but the staff is lazy and the manager was rude. I had a really bad experience trying to cancel my membership. I canceled in person at the gym, but for some reason it wasn’t processed. When I found out I was still being charged, I had to call the manager. At first he didn’t want to help, but after I explained it was their mistake, he finally canceled it. He had a terrible attitude and said that I “should be grateful” he was even doing it. He still refused to remove the charges, which was really frustrating.
