Nice clean place , not crowded , staff always with a smile , good place to exercise
Issues with the restroom... Shits annoying... I go straight to work after gym so I gotta change... Just because that's the closest to my job... the only reason I keep coming
I’ve been coming to the El Monte gym for about 7 years now and I have to say they have been keeping up with the cleanliness of the gym and the staff has been welcoming I want to recognize Angel for always Welcoming me and everyone at the gym it’s so refreshing to have a friendly face at the gym . I would love it if they added a sauna I would upgrade in a beat I love how big the parking is and I also love how big the gym is compared to other gyms, I hate pack places so I would avoid coming after 5pm 🤷♂️
