I understand all the bad reviews. I been with the planet 4 years the location on kings highway is the worst ever. Idiot workers with attitudes. Tried to pay my bill the day it was due, and they said "oh, you paid already" though I know I didn't. I insisted to pay but two of the idiots said it was paid. Next day I got late charges. They scam money out of you. Thought it was a good place sorry to see it's the worst. They need to get new workers there
Great organized facility however rude and unprofessional receptionist on Kings Highway poisoned all atmosphere.
