The staff from Vails Gate are very friendly and helpful . The exercise equipment are always clean, and available. The locker rooms are clean too.
Everyone running the gym is very young including the managers on duty so when a situation comes that requires an adult persons evaluation and perspective you will not receive the due diligence or respect you deserve as a member. Your better off going to a gym where you can expect that the staff will be held more accountable for their inabilities and where there is someone who has the logic of customer service from a more experienced and skillful approach and there’s more mental range that can be initiated when needed.
