Just retired and started going for last 2 weeks. I love the concept of the 30 minute circuit room. In the 2 weeks i havent seen 1 person using the room properly. Lacking management in this area. Good gym and friendly staff, but if this PF is going to force people to check in with the front for the black card spa amenities, it would be nice to always have someone up front. Waited for 25 minutes and nobody showed up. Ended up just leaving. Not the first time it’s happened either. Not mad at the staff, as I’m sure they’re busy, but there could be a better system for this issue.
Love the Hydro-Massage bed before and after a workout! Having the massage before my workout stimulates blood flow while then relaxing the body after the workout. Love it!!😆
