I love the price here compared to other places. The staff thus far have been very friendly as well. My only complaint is that some of the machines are rusty or even just broken. The Tempe location on Southern only had one broken machine, but the one in Mesa (Broadway) has SEVERAL broken and/or rusting.

My message to fellow members is simple: vote with your wallet. Proximity is convenient, but convenience doesn't justify paying for a space that isn't being maintained. When enough people leave, management tends to find the budget for cleaning staff. This gym is consistently dirty. Paper towels are routinely missing, surfaces are unclean, and the issue keeps repeating — which tells me it's a management decision, not an oversight. I go into the bathroom after work around 745am approx. And went to the large bathroom stall then turned around to put my shower stuff in a shower stall and came back. Your employee jerome goes into the stall. Urinates. After he leaves i go into the stall and he had urinated ALL OVER THE SEAT. UNREAL. He is also rude. Upon scanning in, he calls me back and asks me to take a photo? Then i tell him ive scanned in already so i scan again and he proceeds to say i hadnt. Asking me if im 5 other names.
