I have been a member of Planet Fitness on and off for years, and I am extremely unimpressed by the lack of professionalism at this location. There was a billing error made by Planet Fitness when I cancelled online, and a late fee was charged to my account without warning. I’ve been to a few locations around the valley, this one is my favorite and not just cause it’s closest to my house. It’s also the most laid back location, they don’t make you jump through a million hoops to use your black card perks, and they offer two types of massage chairs, IR machines, and tanning booths & beds. I’m sure there are other locations that do as well but so far out of 5 I’ve been to, none have had all of them. It always has a good number of people when I go in, never too many or too few.
