I recently enrolled my two kids at Planet Fitness, but I encountered several issues. They processed the payment for one child but not for the other, and I was unaware that the payment didn't go through. I am very disappointed with how the staff handled my account issue. There was an error on my file, and I was continuously charged an extra $15 without being notified. I visited the location several times, but no one informed me that there was a problem with my account. When I finally discovered the issue, my concern was ignored, and I was told to pay the charges that had accumulated. This planet fitness is kept clean all of the time and the people that work there are the best especially the ones that work the night shift you know from like midnight into the next morning this place rocks they deserve a pay raise
