A man harassed and threatened to beat up my husband while he exited the gym shower. Tre told my husband that he was waiting for guidance from corporate on the appropriate next steps. I've been going here with my husband as a guest for a bit. He had to travel out of town so I decided to join the gym. Walked in and was told by the girl had to fill out everything, etc. I complained that everywhere I go I always have to do my own customer service. And of course after 30 minutes of trying to do it on my own, verifying email entering bank account numbers and routing numbers etc. It didn't go through, probably because I screwed up somewhere and filling out all the stuff on my phone. Not very friendly staff. A simple greeting goes a long way.
