Run. I began my weight loss journey with planet fitness in 2012. I have had no issues until I transferred to the Fullerton gym. I had to cancel today because of two late fees that the managers would not refund. They said planet fitness does not do refunds, which is a red flag. You never give customer service? Good to know. When I asked to talk to someone above the manager and the manager above her, they said there is no one else and I would not receive help. The late fees are as much as my membership. Why???
