First of all staff member Hung up on me when I called and asking if they were open then prompted to me that I have a five dollar Cover fee When I asked why he hung up on me. When I got to the gym I noted there were no provided locking combination lockers, every other planet fitness I have gone to has had them. Not enough cleaning stations. And to top it off they told me their whole black card spa was down today. And wouldn’t provide me a reason.

Red light therapy and tanning and water message for a great price, can't beat that. Plus, work out and great app to follow workouts and log your stuff, and it's only 1 dollar for the first month. Great start-up price. Staff members are awesome. The place is clean and lockerrooms are clean and huge.

This place is a joke, and the employees have 0 idea what they are doing! DO NOT go here! READ the reviews! I should have before signing up. It is the general consensus that the gym is just okay, but the staff needs massive improvement including management. Read through and you will see. Also I agree with the multiple reviews talking about billing issues, and when you ask the staff they have 0 idea what to do.
