would leave 0 stars if I could. They will not allow you to cancel your membership without paying outrageous fees. and the young woman who works the front desk has no understanding of customer service or compassion.
Most of the staff are kind. The exercise equipment is clean, and it's good to have new aerobic equipment.
It's very nice staff. Feel sorry that they have to stand all day. Corporate won't let them have stools
Pros: It's close, cheap, and convenient. Desk staff are friendly. Cons: They have been expanding/upgrading on and off over the last 9 months or so and there has been a frustrating lack of communication or consideration from management regarding this. This week (Aug. 2025) there is no cardio equipment!! Another negative is that it can be extremely busy/crowded during peak hours during certain times of the year.
