When this location is open (Williamsville NY) it is clean and plenty of machines to use, I struggle with the fact that on multiple occasions when I get there it is closed without notice! I get up early to exercise and when I get there lights are off and the door is locked, is nothing shy of maddening!
Hasn’t had hot water in women’s bathroom for 3 weeks straight.
