I have been to several other PFs and today I was here because my gym is getting an overhaul of new equipment. Found the gym clean and easy to navigate. Don't understand why TVs are down and that none of the staff can turn them back on? Oh too busy on their phone to notice What I don't understand is why PF would use the matrix system for equipment. Nice facility however sign is alway at desk staff on floor and must call to get someone to the desk for ant service. This is horrible when there are multiple employees there. Assign one person to the desk. It is not the customers job to call to get help! Very poor management
Very rude staff and ridiculous policies. The staff will yell at you and kick you out 15 minutes before they actually close. You can sign up for a membership online but must go IN PERSON to cancel, so make sure you don't move out of the area, get sick, or get injured because they don't care. They'll just keep charging you money. I'm pretty sure you could die, and they wouldn't care. They would just keep charging your card because you didn't come in to cancel.
