My fitness journey began after being broken. People like Carlos, the manager, have helped me rebuild my life in such monumental ways. Sometimes people don’t see internal scars but when they spread love and understanding it provides the most healing. I thank god for being able to meet Carlos today.

this gym is a joke, saturday is supposed to open 6 am, but never open on time.
