I was told when signing up that because I use a mobile bank instead of a physical bank that my payments wouldn’t process and would be charged late fees every time I was billed. I’m not sure how literally any and every other company has zero issue auto drafting my payments but PF must be EXTRA special. Watch your bank account if you get a membership here, I was charged $150 within 2 months. When I went in to speak to the manager she was “running some errands” so I waited over an hour to speak to her. While I was waiting I overheard another person go up to the desk and ask about charges to their account they didn’t authorize. When the manager finally did show up she refused to refund me even a portion of it. I now have to dispute the charges with my bank.
