Not following their own rules The 30 minute workout is reserved for 30 minute exercisers only. When I tried to enter on 12/12 I was told I had to wait until the “class” was over. I talked to the staff member and stated I would stay out of their way and stay in order as the placard states. He told me they were using all the machines and steps which number 20 with only 4 people in his class. When I informed the front desk that I was kicked out she seemed surprised but did not offer to intervene on my behalf. Very disappointed.
