My local gym! I have been going here for years and really enjoy the amenities and staff. They always greet you and it's easy to accomplish my goals here.
Please FIX YOUR WATER TEMPERATURE! It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to go to take a shower only to find that the water STAYS COLD!!! I have gone to workout in the early morning, mid-day, and a few times in the evening, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to shower, the water is cold!!!! It is horrible, frustrating, and a complete nuisance. I have spoken with various staff members regarding this, yet the problem remains. Please fix your water heater!!!
Great gym always clean
Been hoping for one of the surveys you send for a couple weeks so I didn't have to post this publicly. Gym is still clean & equipment good but hospitality has plummeted to nil. I go at 4:00 - 4:30AM. You had an amazing overnight guy. Friendly, available, & ready to assist. Your new guy is worthless. No idea who he is on the phone with his entire shift (never not seen him on the phone) but he is oblivious to what is going on around him.
