Awesome to have an issue and it is GENUINELY resolved.. I appreciate the professionalism 🙌🏽
I’ve signed up recently but already encountered careless attitude by the front desk staff on multiple occasions. Young kids on their phones or talking to each other and completely ignoring the customer. I had to stand there and actually get their attention to get any help. Again, multiple times. The place is cheap but I’m strongly considering canceling already and finding something a little more expensive but a place that actually values patrons.
Ive only been a member of THIS PF for a short period of time, all had been well until I encountered the problem with TODAY'S customer service.. a BAD ATTITUDE .. Niya(sp?) NEEDS coaching or perhaps another job that doesn't involve working face to face with customers. The manager did a good enough job with the clean up, but something tells me this isn't the 1st time that person administered POOR customer service.
