Taeja provided great customer service! I came in frustrated with concerns about my account and she was very knowledgeable and helpful! Taesia remained calmed and positive and I left with a smile! Update: the manager Brandon was also very patient with helping me resolve my issue! Great staff at this location overall.

I’ve been a member here for over a month now through the Silver & Fit program. I waited a bit to write this review so I could get my routine settled, and I have to say: the Planet Fitness in Golden Ring has the potential to be the best gym near Essex. I do a full-body circuit using the Matrix machines and am seeing good results. A few machines have minor kinks, but nothing you can't adjust to. What really stands out is the cleanliness. The most obvious positive is the price. $20 for me and my spouse to enjoy a workout. This also has its negatives like the gym is crowded most nights after work. I'm happy to see folks working out, but it's difficult to keep the heart rate up between sets. I also find myself not focusing on the target muscle groups since the machines or benches are unavailable.
