Staff is always great and the facilities are clean. No complaints there. Losing 4 stars because Fox News is playing on two of the wall TVs. Honestly, all the news channels are distracting, like CNN for example, but it’s especially demotivating when you’re on the elliptical trying to get a workout in and you look up to see Fox News calling people like me “socialists” and “commies", or that "Deportations are helping to ease rent prices" which is a straight up lie. I’ve been coming to this Planet Fitness for a while now, and it’s always clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the equipment is in good shape, and I never have trouble getting a workout in. It’s a great place whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been training for years. Definitely one of the best gyms in Tucson!
Esteban at the front desk was very helpful and the gym was very clean.
This is one of my favorite Planet Fitness locations. It’s a small gym, with a clean environment and friendly members. What makes it special is Emilio, a young man who engages authentically with others and demonstrates leadership qualities. He's a great guy, and I look forward to my next visit. Some staff could use some customer service training from that young man, just saying.
