Maureen was not able to help with activation of one pass and declined to schedule a tour. It was a Sunday and maybe she’s the only one working but did not feel welcoming. Crunch fitness was able to activate with no issue.
Let me start by saying one of the coolest Planets to visit in a beautiful outdoor mall area with amazing restaurants and activities. Would be a 5 star if you didn't have to check out equipment that is common in other gyms. Also the majority of the treadmills are in need of stability maintenance. Overall a great clean Planet with nice staff. I have been to well over 50 of them nationwide and ill remember this one!
Every time I come from out of town and stay here, I always come to this planet fitness since it’s pretty convenient but I had one of the worse experiences here. I have even given a 5 star review before. I get no employee wants to stay behind after closing to continue cleaning so they preclean but I was the only one on the stationary bikes around 9:35 and the blonde female employee came over and cleaned the bikes by spraying that blue chemical all over the air in the bikes while I’m riding there choking.
