Clean gym, but they play the most depressing slow sad music. Makes it hard to work out with friends and stay motivated.

Maureen was not able to help with activation of one pass and declined to schedule a tour. It was a Sunday and maybe she’s the only one working but did not feel welcoming. Crunch fitness and another planet fitness was able to activate with no issue. Tried a second time to transfer membership to this location or to upgrade to black but they didn’t help.

Let me start by saying one of the coolest Planets to visit in a beautiful outdoor mall area with amazing restaurants and activities. Would be a 5 star if you didn't have to check out equipment that is common in other gyms. Also the majority of the treadmills are in need of stability maintenance. Overall a great clean Planet with nice staff. I have been to well over 50 of them nationwide and ill remember this one!
