The planet fitness on Holland Road is great!!! The staff is always friendly, especially Anna and Dave. They’re always in a great mood are very helpful with any questions I ever have. It’s employees like that who really make a difference. The facilities are always clean. There is a great selection of exercise machines and free weights to choose from. My wife was feeling down today so I suggested she go do her favorite thing and that is to tan, when she arrived the woman at the front desk got her scanned in but informed her she hit the wrong buttons and it she put a 30 mins delay my wife informed her that she couldn’t wait and instead of calling for a manager she walked away and began assisting other people and once she was done told my wife there was nothing she could do and she wouldn’t be able to tan never once offered to get a manager or anything
