I was going to Golds down the road with my Medicare advantage. I like the get and be healthy and fit approach I saw in the people there. I didn't feel like people were showing off on how great their bodies are. Just people who want to be healthy
Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff! The gym is always clean, and I love the variety of equipment available. It's a great place to get a workout in without feeling intimidated.
Not sure why the negative reviews. We have been to A LOT of Planet Fitness locations and this is one of the better ones. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, even the bathroom. (Ok, the shower had a little mildew in the caulking, nothing you wouldn't see in a hotel bathroom.) The water pressure was glorious! The temperature was fine (and I like HOT showers). One of the treadmill machines was a little glitchy. (It kept resetting) Overall, not a bad experience. We went on a Sunday, late morning.
