I canceled my membership today after being treated extremely rudely by a staff member (short girl with purple hair). My sister was only standing with me, not using any equipment, but this staff repeatedly followed us and demanded she change out of sandals, speaking with a bad attitude. I’ve brought her before and no one ever said anything. Instead of focusing on customer service, she was confrontational and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
