Management of this facility don’t enforce the rules. They allow members to monopolize machines for as long as they want, and without even using them. Playing on your phone is not working out, nor is it respectful to other members. Management’s response should not be to buy a Black Card and go to a different location. UPDATE: Crestwood location is a much nicer location than the one in Shrewsbury, but some of the same problems of some members playing on their phones and sitting on the machines for 10 minutes or more.
