UPDATE 6/9/26 Yes it's a great gym, especially for the price. I used to have this rated at 5 stars but lowering to 4 stars with how my cancellation went. I cancelled around when the annual fee was being charged, not wanting to pay a large fee since I won't be using the gym anymore I called to see if I could get a refund for it. I asked to see if there was anything they could do and was met with "Sorry no refunds" and then seconds later they hung up. I love this place they are so friendly. I have social anxiety to begin with & NIAC in Moscow had an instructor who snapped my bra during a class and was aggressive. So I needed to find a safe space gym this is it. I love their policy. I come over from Moscow for this gym love it
