Overall ok. Definitely improved very nicely with new equipment. I was impressed by that. I went tonight at 1230 am (I’m crazy I know). It was a 20 minute drive and already had pre workout in me. Yesterday was a holiday but on the websites holiday hours, it said November 28: 12 am-9pm and it was locked and no one was there. It was a long drive for nothing. They have a clear policy that states they do not allow any animals besides for service animals. The staff had two of the members puppies behind the counter. It should be a sanitary environment which they were not upkeeing
Drove 20 min (40 min round ) on my day off to find out they’re closed without any warning. When I called it rang no answer. How hard can it be to update your app when you aren’t open on a random Wednesday? Ridiculous pay way too much to be wasting gas too
