I purchased 4-5 business day expedited shipping, and they took 5 days to get the order out the door, and now its been 11 days since ordered. Don't offer expedited shipping if you cannot fulfill it on time. Buyers: order from somewhere else if you need it fast.

This location is CLOSED. Company has filed for bankruptcy. Bummer because this location had great staff and was right off the bike path.

I had a multiple problems with a dropper post that required factory assistance. The folks at this shop jumped in and facilitated the resolution of the issue. They understood my confidence was gone with the original product purchase and offered me an upgraded dropper from a different manufacturer to correct the situation. Great customer service team that understands their customer base! Leigh

Ordered some parts on-line. No order confirmation or other communications. Called to get status and was told they didn't actually have the parts advertised and had cancelled my order and processed a refund. They said they sent me an email but I couldn't find one.
