Came off super rude and abrasive over the phone, I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews. Must just be because customers have gotten cars out of this place. That’s cool and all, but unfortunately he seems like he doesn’t have time for you if you come in with a tricky situation. Not empathetic at all, no customer service attitude. Just plainly abrasive.
