I had a very disappointing experience with Planet Business Tax Services. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff demonstrated a lack of understanding of basic tax policies and procedures. I was charged for services that were not properly provided, which is completely unacceptable. The interaction was not only unhelpful but also felt disrespectful and, at times, humiliating. I was at Planet Tax Services today to be met by a wonderful and welcoming receptionist who made me wait for over 30 minutes for the "Accountant" who was not willing to talk to me after waiting for so long despite my busy schedule and dismissed me in a very unprofessional way, I have never in my life encountered such disgraceful dismissal when going to a place to buy service. He made me feel I am there to beg not to pay and gt service. This is 0 out of 10 customer service, Very sad,
