I was at Planet Tax Services today to be met by a wonderful and welcoming receptionist who made me wait for over 30 minutes for the "Accountant" who was not willing to talk to me after waiting for so long despite my busy schedule and dismissed me in a very unprofessional way, I have never in my life encountered such disgraceful dismissal when going to a place to buy service. He made me feel I am there to beg not to pay and gt service. This is 0 out of 10 customer service, Very sad,
The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I got excellent service, and I would recommend to everyone to go there and get services beyond expectations.
