My kids came into the store today and there was a lady who’s really rude to them and gave them a really bad experience. They came back really sad and they never want to go again. This was their favorite store and they’re really sad that they had this experience.

Today I took my daughters to their favorite store planet beauty and right when they walked in there was a really rude worker named Rachel she has short hair she told them “hi girls please don’t use any of the testers”in a rude attitude. Was waiting in line for 10 minutes. Only one person working. Was helping someone choose a product which is perfectly fine but still waited for the person to choose product and then check HER out instead of me even though I was waiting in line first. Very unprofessional service!!

Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I paid, the salesperson had the audacity to ask what was in my pocket as if I hadn’t just completed my purchase. You have security cameras for a reason, yet you choose to question paying customers like shoplifters. To make things worse, I wasn’t informed about a 40% discount bm. If I had known, I might’ve made a different decision or not bought anything at all. This kind of treatment guarantees I won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service. The elderly woman at the counter was incredibly rude. I realized I purchased the wrong shade of sunscreen online, and immediately went back into the store to exchange it shortly after picking it up. She had previously , just minutes before, told me that I didn’t need a receipt to exchange it, just the confirmation email with the order number.
