I went into Planet Beauty thinking it was only a make-up store and was surprised to see all the hair products they also carry. The saleswoman was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She demonstrated how to use the products and gave me a little sample so I could feel the product-hair texturizer. When I made my purchase, they had a spin-wheel and I won some magnetic lashes. Great place to shop dine meet up with family and friends
All the girls at the planet beauty orange store we’re very nice and they are very knowledgeable about the ColorProof products. Yes what you need on your hair have them recommend what they suggest on your hair.
I bought a Groupon for this store and in the "fine print" it did say that you couldn't use it on Prestige products but made no mention ALL makeup not being eligible for this Groupon. I was shocked to find out when attempting to redeem the Groupon that you can't use it on ANY of their makeup! Mind you, 90% of their store is makeup. I was them told I could only use it on hair related products and oh by the way, here is a list of 20 some odd hair products you CAN'T use it on, and then was shown a list. I love walking in and trying new products smelling the testers . The sales people are very knowledgeable of there products and informative to me as a consumer . I love there greeting smiles and ready to educate me motivates me to try new products that make me look trendy and younger and feel good 😀 Thank you planet beauty .
