Extremely unprofessional. I showed up at 10:10AM on Wednesday, November 5th and the store was CLOSED. The hours are posted as 10am-8pm. If you have a set time posted on your website and store front, you should be sure to stick to them. It is ridiculous to make customers wait until someone shows up. There was no sign, no apology, and not a single employee in sight. If this is how they run their business, I'll take my money elsewhere.

For being a place to buy beauty products, there's not much variety and there's no a large range of prices either.

Highly recommend this store! I was so grateful to Monique today who was SO helpful & went the extra mile for me right before closing. She helped me quickly identify the makeup that would be good for me, provided swift helpful information and did not make me feel hurried. She gave me info about any product I asked about and make me feel very cared for in the process. Receipt says Zavgor42. This associate greeted the couple who entered at the same time whilst noticeably ignoring us. Then we stood at the register while she moved stuff around on the shelves, studiously ignoring us. It wasn’t until the other couple had to check it and she HAD to ring us up, did she acknowledge our existence. VERY poor service.
