I am disappointment regarding a recent issue with a gift card I received after making a return. Since the store policy is not to issue refunds, I was given a gift card with the return amount written directly on it. However, when I attempted to use the card a few months later at the store, I was informed that the card had a zero balance and had already been used. Beware if you get a gift card at the store.
Savannah was extremely helpful and this shop carries the entire line Jane Iredale products. Lots of great cosmetics here.
Great price and service
Wow! Macy (apologies if that's not the correct spelling) is BY FAR the friendliest and most knowledgeable associate I've met at this location. She greeted me, smiled, she's outgoing, helpful, and beyond sweet. You just don't see that these days. She helped me find several shampoo options and made sure I was happy before leaving.
