RecommendedAwesome, friendly, professional, staff. I love coming here and unwinding and getting a natural quick tropical tan. This is my favorite salon in Baton Rouge.
The boss can be more present in her establishment. Do more training! Make her employees feel appreciated & they will always do more than is expected. There is definitely no team with her & her employees. Dust & cobwebs everywhere in the establishment. The bathroom was horrendous, & there is a gapping hole in the ceiling. So many bulbs out in each bed. You're paying for all the services talked about on the planet beach website, but this location falls short.

Bought Groupon and she honored it half away through then decided it cost her to much owner is rude and refuse to speak to me

We tanned there thru the summer to prepare for our vacation and there was bulbs out in everyone. Room 2 on your left has that white vent exhaust hose on it is filthy. Never saw the owner but once and she didn't speak as I'm sure it was because she is busy. I did get her number and text her a couple of times in regards to issues. There needs to be a little TLC here compared to the other Planet Beach tanning salons I've been too. I've only been to the Walker location but I really love it. The girls that work there are always so sweet too!
