Be careful I was charged and extra month and have been trying to get them to reverse charge for a month now and manager will not even call me back . I have been as nice as I can be about it and didn't want to write anything negative as the workers are very nice and friendly but apparently not the manager .
I love it here the spa services are wonderful and hotworks are amazing and spin class
This Planet Beach is the best location ever!… starting with great customer service. Kathy and all the ladies who work in this spa are very knowledgeable. They will guide you and advise you well on what you need. I have seen great progress in my skin since I joined. The membership is super affordable too. Worth every penny. 100% recommended.
Poor management, not accommodating, no one ever answers the phone so you can make an appointment.
