Worst customer service ever , as I was paying for my tanning the manager looked me up & down with disgust or maybe because I’m a lesbian who knows? , I have an account on file and payed for my tanning and she told me I was in room #3 I then began to get undressed , then she started banging on the door saying my name , asked me for my ID ( when I have an account there and been going there for awhile) I walked out and stopped myself and took out my phone and showed her my passport. went for my first tan and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and patient answering all of my questions and making helpful suggestions.

I highly recommend Planet Beach. After my initial visit i was hooked, I feel so relaxed afterwards. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff are amazing!
