Worst experience I have ever had a Planet Beach in all the 7 years of being a member. The owner was very hostile and very confrontational when it came to assisting me as a passport membership, basically saying it's her store and she can do whatever she wants. I wouldn't recommend this planet beach location to anyone who is accustomed to the friendly and spa like atmosphere lost other locations provide. Terrible experience!
The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are extremely clean, and the prices are excellent! She has everything you need to pamper yourself and get a little glow. I'm a member there and feel like family every time I go in, the owner really cares about her clients which is a nice change of pace from the generic "give me your money" attitude you get everywhere else. I highly recommend checking it out!
