Horrible. The so-called membership fee doesn’t cover anything because you have to buy their cheap yet overpriced products to use the equipment. And they trick you into a 2 year commitment. Very shady business practices. This company has a lot of issues. Would not recommend.
Just took my pregnant gf there. Staff was perfect. Blonde woman was funny and knowledgeable, and the manager was veey good too. Highly recommended. Chairs and heating table was amazing.

Ok I have been waiting before I write my review on planet beach but here goes me and my 2 friends went there to try the slim capsule we was told we could do all the things in there on a monthly basis NO CONTRACT cancel anytime you want ...Well that was a lie we went 2 days ago to tell them we was cancelling because of working long hours and the drive no one there could do it they said the girl would call us the next day she never called so I called she said I've not had time I'll call you back by the end of the day still no ... read more
Suddenly was billed for my monthly membership when I had been frozen for the past 5 months. I called the store MULTIPLE times and was told I would recieve a call back from management. After many attempts I was finally able to reach a manager. She stated that their memberships only stay frozen for 5 months. When signing up and also freezing I was never told this or given any sort of confirmation of said policy. The manager stated she could not process a refund due to said policy.
