I love the Planet Beach in Central. Ever since they changed owners, the staff is so polite. You can't help but feel welcomed by the staff when you walk in the door. they accept walk- in appointments, their price are cheaper than the other tanning spas I went to, and it had really become a place that i have grown to enjoy. I have told all my friends about it and they really have changed since they new owner took over... Please, I Kindly recommend you try planet beach central when you are looking to tan.

Please do not do business with this place. I was charged over $700 after not signing a contract here. The manager Paige acknowledged that I never signed a contract. She told me it had to be a mistake with one of her employees. Then to compensate for charging my debit card without my permission and reporting me to collections as the account had been closed and I had no idea these charges were being made, she offered me a "free" membership. Customer service is a joke here. I was a member for a few years. There isn't a location closer to where I work or live so I can't transfer my contract to another shop. Refused to let me out of my contract without paying 2 months upfront, which they neglect to tell you when you sign the contract. There are no terms for a year or 6 month contract, so once you sign up they have you until you pay their ransom.

DOUBLE RECOVERY If a creditor repossesses your car, but chooses to keep it rather than sell it, it may not sue you for the balance of the loan. Instead, your debt should be canceled. A creditor is required to take steps to minimize losses by selling the car, if it chooses to pursue you for more money. If the creditor keeps the car but then sues you on the balance of the note, this is called a double recovery, and you can raise this as a defense.

They refused to honor my Groupon that stated that I was entitled to 3 different services on 3 different days. I visited for my 3 rd visit and was refused by an elderly gentleman because it had been too long since my last visit. He said that groupons are meant to used within a certain amount of time like "15 days" I informed him that there was no mention of that on the groupon and even pulled it up on my phone to show him that what he said was not stated anywhere on the fine print, He refused to look and refused me service.
