Great place to unwind!! With a membership you get unlimited use of all their equipment even tanning beds. Its nice to hop in to get a tan and be able to get a spa service, like a massage done if you want! How cool is that?? There is no other place quite like planet beach. The staffs really nice and helpful, ask any question they try their absolute best to be accomadating and answer any questions. Not getting my business – I was interested in their services, but they did not have a price list on their website... Who does that these days?? So, I called and as soon as I asked for prices, I was hung up on. I called back and when I asked for a price list, I got the third degree.." who is this calling?" is what she said. I would have expected something like, " great, I'll be glad to help you." but all I got was rudeness. I will never spend a penny at Planet Beach

Do not let them rip you off – I bought a groupon for my wife which included 1 week of spa services. She went once and puchased some facial cream using her bank card. They then continued to charge her bank card $65 every month even after she called them month after month telling them she did not sign up for anything. They refused to refund us our money and continued to rip us off until we were forced to cancel our bank cards.

My glorious escape – I tried out Planet Beach at Cinco Ranch with a Groupon, and after a week, I loved it. My first day was just getting used to all the services. I know it is not a necessity in life, but it is ohhh so relaxing. It is a bit of indulgence in a super busy schedule. My faves are the massage table and hydrastation. Houstons BEST ONE STOP SPA! – I love Planet Beach! I know that is so un-original. But honestly, I do! I have been to my fair share of tanning salons and what-have-you's in my life time, heck, I even grew up having a tanning bed in my house and I even worked at a salon when I was in HS. Interesting Concept! – I have to say that my visit to this store what outstanding!! I stumbled across this buisness thru Groupon and fell in love!! I enjoyed the fact that everything in the spa is self-acessed and I am able to feel comfortable using the services in the room alone without assistance. I also have to say that I encountered a wonderful experience with the staff, those girls were great fully attentive! I reccomend this place to anyone. Sincerely, April

terrible customer service experience – I've been to this place twice. The first time I simply wasn't impressed with the facilities - there were so few options available, the staff was cold and impersonal, and when I go to a spa I expect to feel pampered and this certainly was not the case. The prices were expensive too, if you consider all the hidden costs they don't tell you about upfront. Best place – an excellent place to do some spa treatments without the high price of going to a spa itself.
