I worked at Planet Beach for only two weeks because the owner is a liar and so is the store manager. When I was hired I was told I would work 30 hours a week and I end up working maybe 15 if I was lucky. I would drive over 18 miles to work to get there and work 2 hours then be told to clock out and do some services. Then clock back in two or three hours later when I was needed again. I bought a week s worth of spa services here with a Groupon, for a great price. Over the past week, I made it over there 3 times. The atmosphere was relaxing, it was very clean, and I felt like a valuable customer.The staff there - Rebecca, Laura, and Britney, were all so friendly and helpful. I needed the help since I m in my middle 50 s and had never stepped foot inside a spa! I couldn t have asked for better service. Britney was very patient my first time, showing me around all the spa s services and explaining them to me... read more

The new ownership and staff are amazing. The consultants are so knowledgeable about everything. I came a few times with the old owner & it was a very different experience. I am a member at the spa since they re-opened & I love it! It always cheers me up & has made my skin look much younger, finally got rid of my sun spots. I have lost 12 lbs and my stretch marks are gone! I had a couple of friends sign up and got a month for free! You should really check this place out. I agree, and the same for the Planet Beach in Walker!!! The bulbs and attitudes stink!!!!!! I will never go back, Planet Beach is over rated!
