The staff is so friendly and helpful. I always have a great experience when I come in. I love all the services too of course.

This place is a big rip off!!! They lied to me from the beginnig and when I asked to talk to the manger they was totally rude and never returned my call. They are literally stealing money out of my account way before its due!! Im going to change my account number. These people arent getting another dime from me! Please dont get sucked into this scam!!
I am really shocked to read the immature reviews about Planet Beach. I have been a member for quite some time now and absolutely LOVE it there. The staff is amazing. Everyone is well educated, polite and, make you feel extremely welcome. First off, Planet Beach is not a tanning salon. Thank god! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!! All the posts are probably written by the own spa staff. I had a membership with them and one day when I went to go tan their was a sign on the door saying the property was locked down by the landlord. They have been shut down since May. They are VERY unprofessional. They did not even bother to call and notify any of their members about this. They are not answering calls either. I will deffinetly be taking my money somewhere else to a place that is reliable and will not just shut down like thi... read more

I love this place. My best friend had told me about it and raved so I had to check it out. We both have fibromyalgia and the services offered here really help to relieve the pain and just generally relax us. I live clear over in Milwaukee, but making the drive out here is worth it.
I love the Planet Beach Contempo Spa! Everyone that works there has been so caring, helpful and fun. I was amazed that I can go to the spa as much as I want and just pay a monthly membership. I love the hydro steam station, it has really helped me with my skin. I was also really surprised about all the light therapy option since I have sensitive skin and have to be really careful about any chemicals etc. I wouldnt normally be able to go to a spa. Planet Beach really is an exceptional place.
