I totally agree with your review..... I was done the same way. They were reluctant to cancel my package after requesting. Kept charging my credit card until i stopped pymt on the card.. Then sent my name to a collection agency. I would not recommend any consumer to seek tanning at planet beach at south square or briercreek...

Planet Beach on Glendale is ALL NEW and getting better by the day! We have new pricing, new memberships, new AMAZING products and a few new faces among the staff! BEWARE of this business. Dues were taken out of my bank account 2 AND 3 months after having cancelled my membership. Owner refunded only half of money wrongly taken. UNBELIEVEABLE.

Hello, I have used planet beach for 4 1/2 years paying 64.90 monthly. On Feb 11th, 2014 I entered the store and told the owner I wanted to cancel my membership, he said OK but I would have to pay for next month because I didn't cancel by Feb. 4th. I said ok fine, I thought it was a little cold for being such a loyal customer but ok. I was charged the 64.90 for March (NOTE: I have not tanned since I canceled Feb. 11th). Do Not Go Here!!!! Ladies, save your money... this has got to be the worst tanning salon in Kansas. These people are rude, pushy and will try to up-sell you on every service they offer. The Groupon is a total sham... the only 'free' things are tanning and aqua-massage, and the aqua-massage machine is usually broken. They also have no music in the tanning beds. The employees are incredibly rude. Working with kids all day, I find that I usually have much more patience and understanding when dealing with others.. however, I was... read more
