The owner Paula Adams is Terrible! She’s ripping people off and not cleaning any of the beds/spa services. STAPH HAS BEEN A REOCCURRING ISSUE WITH CUSTOMERS because of it! When you call with any complaint she will hang up and ignore your calls. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! She has also be withholding employees checks from the girls working there and telling customers not to buy from them so she doesn’t have to pay them commission! These people are no good bunch of low life,took a vehicle from me that was given to me as a gift had nothing to do with the loan.sold it to one of their white friends the constable office and judge Judy Moore vendetta work against you to help them.this judge is Hilliard Moore sister.Huey and manning at tower credit is no good,do not do any business with them.they prey on the poor and the black community to take from you.and no one will help you.

A SCAM If you cancel your membership, just know it's not "canceled." They charge you an additional 2 months to make it official and then continue charging you saying you didn't sign the cancelation form they emailed you. However, they never do send the form. All the while still charging you and saying it's your fault you didn't make yourself clear or sign the correct paper to get it officially canceled. I am a disabled US Coast Guard Vet. Planet Beach has been forcing debits that were on an old government issued SSI payment credit card, that cause them to go onto my new government issued SSI disability credit card. I am on a fixed and very low income and these forced debits were unauthorized. I live in Ohio....NOT Kansas. Management doesn't live up to their promises. Went in to cancel after not using a few months ago and was told I would be reminded to use my membership every 3 weeks in an attempt to get me to stay but if I didn't use it i could cancel it without penalty. Went in today after being charged an additional 2 months and tried to penalize me with either a $99 one time charge or 60 day period and that I would be taken to collections. This salon closed without warning after taking my money for a new expensive package. Ostensively for remodeling...but was never told and am going on vacation in two weeks. Not appropriate.

Heads up to current & potential members, and those interested in buying this business... In May, Planet Beach's owner sold her business back to previous owner, and this new owner is simply shady. When I found out he was buying the place back, I went in and he confirmed that he would be honoring my lifetime membership under his new ownership.
