Just moved to area and it is awesome! It's not a typical tanning salon at all. Girl was soo nice and she showed me around. They even have some sort of spa stuff too. I didn't do that but I did tan and it was such a nice bed. Bought a package on my way out.

I like planet beach because they give you a choice of beds and booths for UV exposure. The spa services are also great, the mystic tan has never come out orange or streaky on me and the hydration station has helped my dry skin and has enhanced my tan. I have been a member for two years and have not had a problem with the staff, cleanliness of equipment, or had a problem that was not addressed immediately.
The customer service here is awful. One girl with pink hair was so rude to me when I walked in that not only will I never go back but either will my friends. The staff was more concerned taking photos behind the counter of themselves than acknowledging that I was even there as I had to wait to be put in hydration only to find it was disgusting & clearly was not clean.
