I didn’t ask for any of the service provided. The service was poor. I was charged for nothing I came in for. This was not authorized for inspection. Provided the codes a dye was supposed to see a very small leak and fix it and this did not take place. This is a serious complaint! Responding to your comment post @ owner. I absolutely did not authorize it. I gave her the codes and we discussed exactly what she was going to do. I arrived at Planet Auto for oil change.Rebecca took info and took RV right in.She was professional and friendly.The mechanic got right on it.They have a clean and comfortable waiting area.They had changed oil in my crv the day before.Did a great job on that also
Becka was phenomenal. I told her my time constraints and concerns. She not only got me seen and a diagnostic same day but within the time I needed. She was thorough and responsive. Great customer service and experience from her.
