It’s honestly hard to find words for this place. The entire staff is beyond phenomenal! Everyone employed at this location goes above and beyond to put a smile on their customers face. They also have amazing deals! I am so grateful for my local planet 13 making every experience not only great but memorable! I look forward to coming into this store and seeing my budtenders!! Please make planet 13 your new dispensary!! Once you shop here, you’ll never go anywhere else!
Seriously will never go to another dispensary but Planet 13. Trulieve has disgusting customer service and lack of support for medically necessary information requested. Kiya, Colin, Maleah, Anthony, Rich, Virgil and Colton today made my husband feel SO welcomed and they have ALWAYS taken care of us. Don’t go anywhere else, Planet 13 will take the time to have you satisfied with your product and your experience.
