Been with the practice for nearly 30 years. Receptionists are helpful and polite. My experience with the doctors over the years has mainly been positive except for two doctors.
Been with the practice for nearly a year now appointments are easy enough to make and staff have been very understanding and helpful when it comes to mental health, a few doctors in particular have actually gone out of their way to help me - great surgery so far
My mother is a patient at the practice she is 95. I have been trying to get to discuss her health with a doctor for ages even contacted by their Patches email and I am not getting any feedback from them. I requested a dementia test but they haven’t come back to me. It’s a daily appointment system and I can’t ever get one. At my own doctors I can make an appointment for a week ahead.
