Planco's wife mrs money mouth i thought they were fine and really cared about the animals, until my friend had told me mrs planco was complaining that I could not afford a procedure for my animal and had signed the ok for them to do it, I did not know this procedure would be that expensive? My animalhas been a patient for awhile. After I had gotten home I looked up how much the procedure would normally cost, they over billed me. staff at plancos veterinary the staff is the best veterinary staff from any vet place I have ever had any of my animals at. Especially vet tech Ashley and receptionist Carol. I'll never go to another vet again
Very excellent care We really like this vet. He is very caring with our animals and takes time to discuss everything with you and answer any questions you have. They are very good about appointment times and getting you in on short notice.
