This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. After sending my well done steak back because I ordered it medium, the owner came back with the plate, asked me to cut the middle of the steak to prove he was right. He was wrong, I was so uncomfortable that I told him to leave the plate and go away. He then canceled my reservation on open table precluding me from putting a review there. I’d never go back and was appalled about how I was treated.

We made reservations to celebrate having a night off without kids. The appetizers were good but the portions were small. When our entrees arrived, one of our party ordered a steak medium but it was clearly cooked well done. She asked the server for a new steak, the server took it back but the cook/owner brought the same steak back and told her to cut to the center and tried to convince her it was cooked to medium. The steaks were overdone and grey. The owner could not have been more rude, telling us we were wrong and would not take the food back. There is a reason this restaurant was dead on a Friday night during Ambler's packed street festival. The food is mediocre and the owner is arrogant. Will never come back.

We had high expectations but we're disappointed with the food. The service was excellent with no issues. The atmosphere was boring.
