I always have a great experience when I first walk into Dr.Planchard office. The optical lady was very rude and disrespectful. I purchased some glasses for 150.+ tax. A month later the frame bend. The lenses were too thick for this type frame . I told her and she accused me of bending it myself. Anyway I paid too much and I'm too old to play with my glasses.
