My mom that passed set this trust fund up and it has not upheld her written agreement and the administration has clearly discriminated against people like me by denying items to be purchased that they do not get upon request that are reasonable. This new administrator Luke C is a terrible unprofessional administrator and really puts the clients at risk and effected in the most horrific way not related to the original set up or agreement. Traitress people working at Plan of CT and I will never recommend them.
